Electrical fire aboard Ore. tugboat causes $100K in damage

(PORTLAND, Ore.) — A fire aboard the tugboat Portland caused about $100,000 in damage, the Oregonian newspaper reported. The tug burned in the Willamette River. Fire investigators attributed the blaze to electrical failure.
