(SEATTLE) — The Holland America cruise ship Westerdam returned to port Saturday after a fire in the boiler room, The Seattle Times reported. The fire started about 5 p.m. near Kingston in Puget Sound as the ship was bound for Alaska. A combination of high-pressure mist and crewmembers using hoses extinguished the fire, said a Seattle Fire Department spokesman. No one was injured and no evacuations were needed.
