(ST. MARY PARISH, La.) — Three crewmembers escaped a sinking tugboat early Thursday in the Charenton waterway, KATC.com reported. The U.S. Coast Guard received a call from a father who reported his son was on a vessel that was sinking. First responders found the boat but not the survivors, who were soon located walking along Highway 90.
