(GENOA, Italy) — The cruise ship Costa Concordia has entered the port of Genoa for scrapping after a two-year salvage operation, BBC News reported. The ship's voyage from the island of Giglio, where it ran aground in January 2012, took four days. Concerns that the damaged hull would disintegrate under the strain of the 170-mile tow proved unfounded.
