(SAVANNAH, Georgia) — A containership ran aground near Tybee Island, closing the Savannah River shipping channel for about four hours, the Savannah Morning News reported. The Coast Guard said the Ever Radiant lost propulsion and ran soft aground. Two tractor tugs were able to pull the ship to an anchorage.
