(BALTIMORE) — Congress may transfer the Coast Guard’s administrative law process to the National Transportation Safety Board, the Baltimore Sun newspaper reported. The House may vote on the measure this week. The reform proposal follows reports that the Coast Guard’s court system was unfair to mariners in licensing cases.
