Columnist: LNG carriers create a safety concern in Boston

Boston Globe columnist Brian McGrory recently watched a LNG carrier arrive for docking at Everett, Mass. He says vessels such the SCF Polar are a cause for concern because they are moored so close to the city and could be terrorist targets.
