(HOUSTON) — A collision between a barge and a tanker has caused a 460,00-gallon crude-oil spill in the Sabine-Neches Waterway, Reuters reported. A barge being transported by the tugboat Dixie Vengeance sliced a gash into the hull of the tanker Eagle Otome. It’s the largest Texas spill since 1991.
