Cleveland port authority wants to move docks to city’s East Side

(CLEVELAND) — The Port Authority of Cleveland-Cuyahoga County wants to expand and move docks to the city’s East Side, the Cleveland Plain Dealer newspaper reported. The move would be part of a 1,000-acre international trade district. The project could take as long as 20 years to complete.
