Canadian authorities probe death aboard bulk carrier as a possible accident

(QUEBEC CITY) — The Transportation Safety Board of Canada has sent investigators to a cargo ship at Quebec City to investigate the death of a crewmember, the Montreal Gazette reported. A spokesperson for the agency said the death, which occurred at sea, was possibly the result of an accident. The incident, also under investigation by Quebec City police, involves the bulk carrier Lowlands Opal.
