California’s only two river ferries to undergo major repairs

(RYER ISLAND, Calif.) — California’s only two river ferries will be taken out of service for at least one month, the San Francisco Chronicle newspaper reported. The Real McCoy and the J-Mack are headed to a South San Francisco drydock for extensive repairs. The commuter vessels normally run between Rio Vista and Ryer Island.
