(STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.) — Caddell Dry Dock & Repair Co. has won $3.9 million in funding to dispose of dredged material, the Staten Island Advance newspaper reported. The money is coming from Empire State Development Corp. and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. The funding will help to retain 200 jobs at the ship yard.
