(MOBILE, Ala.) — BP Plc crews are busy trying to install a new containment cap on the leaking well at the Deepwater Horizon site, the Press Register newspaper of Mobile reported. Over the weekend, the riser was leaking unabated temporarily after the old cap was removed. Engineers say the new cap may capture most of the leaking oil.
