(VICTORIA, British Columbia) — The body of a tugboat operator was found along a shoreline of Vancouver Island, the Vancouver Sun newspaper reported. His 45-foot tugboat, Gabriola, was missing. A rescue official said the operator was en route to a logging camp, in waters with which he was unfamiliar.
