(VANCOUVER, British Columbia) — The daughters of a man who died in the Queen of the North accident in 2006 have settled a wrongful death lawsuit with BC Ferries, the Canadian Press reported. Prosecutors still haven’t decided whether to file criminal charges under the Marine Act.
