(BALTIMORE, Md.) — Baltimore officials will pay $300,000 to move Moran Towing’s operations from Recreation Pier to a new location, the Daily Record newspaper reported. The city agreed to pay half of the moving expenses to expedite a redevelopment project at the Fells Point pier. The city will pay Moran’s expenses out of the $350,000 sale price for the pier.
