(LOBITO, Angola) — Angola authorities detained a U.S.-flag ship carrying relief supplies because part of the cargo included weapons hidden among a load of soybeans, Cable News Network reported. The Maersk Constellation was carrying various U.S. aid for allies, including the guns, ammo and rockets, which were headed to Kenya under license from the State Department. Officials checked over the ship’s paperwork and approved it to sail after a four-day delay.
