(HONOLULU) — The government of American Samoa owes a Hawaii shipyard $800,000 for repairs to a tugboat, and the shipyard has stopped work on the vessels while the bill goes unpaid, Radio New Zealand International reported. The tug and two barges have been at the Marisco shipyard for 18 months. A meeting between the two parties has been scheduled to try to resolve the matter.
