Allied Marine Surveyors sues tug firms for $307K in back pay

(SAIPAN) — A mariner surveyor and salvor is suing two related marine construction and tugboat companies for failing to pay $307,020 owed to the plaintiff, the Saipan Tribune reported. Allied Marine Surveyors Ltd. alleges that International Bridge Corp. and Inter Bay Circle Marine Inc. owe money on service to the tugboat Marianas Voyager and three barges. Both defendants in the breach-of-contract suit operate out of Guam.
