Alaska whale-watching captain charged with operating while drunk

(KODIAK, Alaska) — Acting on an anonymous tip, Juneau Police have charged a whale-watching boat captain with operating the vessel while intoxicated, television KTOO reported. Thirteen passengers were aboard when the captain of Orca Odysea was allegedly intoxicated. The Coast Guard said his blood-alcohol level was three times the legal limit and he could lose his license.
