(EAST BOOTHBAY, Maine) — Washburn & Doughty has launched Maxwell Paul Moran, the 39th tugboat built by the Maine shipyard for Moran Towing Corp., the Boothbay Register reported. The 93-foot tug was christened by Lee Tregurtha, wife of Moran Towing Chairman and CEO Paul Tregurtha, before the launch on Friday. Four more tugs are under construction at the yard.
