(QUINCY, Mass.) — The tugboat Allie B. has begun a month-long voyage to deliver the Goliath crane to Romania, the Patriot Ledger newspaper reported. Capt. Billy Hudnall, of Virginia, is working the job for Dann Ocean Towing of Florida. The load on the barge is 6,000 tons.
