(PORT DEPOSIT, Md.) — A crane barge from Weeks Marine helped in the transport of two new nuclear power generators en route to Pennsylvania’s Three Mile Island, the news Web site LancasterOnline.com reported. The French-made generators were carried from Delaware up the Chesapeake Bay and Susquehanna River by tug and barge to Port Deposit, where they were offloaded. They will be carried over land the rest of the way to Middletown, Pa.
