(SALISBURY, Md.) — A Virginia tugboat captain has been charged with assaulting a crew member on the boat with a metal pipe, television station WBOC reported. The captain was arrested and charged with first- and second-degree assault. The incident happened in the Wicomico River near the Port of Salisbury.
