Trinity Yachts up for sale for $30 million

(NEW ORLEANS) — Trinity Yachts, purchased by Harvey Gulf International Marine in June, is up for sale for $30 million, Superyacht Times reported. The deal will include the 48-acre New Orleans facility and the company's name, brand and all related designs and engineering completed to date. Harvey Gulf will keep the Trinity facility in Gulfport, Miss. "The new owners recognize their core business is servicing the offshore oil and gas industry, and they understand, while the shipyard is viable, the New Orleans yard represents more capacity than they’ll need for the foreseeable future,” said Billy Smith, Trinity's chief operating officer.
