(RIVIERA BEACH, Fla.) — Delta "T" Systems has named industry veteran Tony Matherly as its production manager.
Matherly has worked within the marine industry for 25 years, most recently at Rybovich. Always in the systems end of ship and yacht building, he began his career with Broward Shipyard. It was here that he first became familiar with Delta "T" Systems' products.
"I've known Delta 'T' and its products throughout my entire working life. The company has a well-earned reputation for quality," said Matherly. "It's great work environment; everyone is so highly motivated — it's very refreshing."
In his new role, Matherly will oversee the production crew to ensure and improve quality assurance, and fabrication, assembly and delivery timeliness. He will work to increase efficiency throughout the manufacturing work flow, and standardize processes and procedures.
Delta "T" Systems engineers and manufactures custom marine ventilation systems. Its technically-advanced products have been installed on over 14,000 vessels worldwide.
