(NEW ORLEANS) — The owner of an oil tanker that was struck by a runaway bulk carrier last Monday on the Mississippi River has filed a damage lawsuit, The Times-Picayune reported. The suit by Bravo Shipping Ltd. also asks that an arrest warrant be issued for Privocean, owned by Bariba Corp. of Athens, Greece. The tanker Bravo was docked at the Ergon-St. James oil terminal near Convent, La., when it was hit and damaged by Privocean, which had broken from its moorings.
