Ship Helix Producer may connect with leaking well soon (VIDEO)

(NEW ORLEANS) — Gulf spill responders say the ship Helix Producer may link up with the ruptured oil well by this weekend, Cable News Network reported. The vessel is expected to be able to do divert more crude oil and reduce the rate of the leak. The ship may be able to draw about 53,000 barrels per day while BP Plc awaits completion of relief wells.
