(HALIFAX, Nova Scotia) — A derelict ship off Cape Breton contains more asbestos and diesel fuel than previously thought, the Cape Breton Post reported. The federal government's position has been the ship isn't an environmental threat and the responsibility for removal lies with the owner, Arvina Navigation.
