(GIBSON, La.) — Settoon Towing has started construction on a $2.5 million operations center in Gibson to replace the barge company's facility in Houma, Houmatoday.com reported. The expanded center will include a 9,375-square-foot warehouse and a 15,000-square-foot, two-story office building. “Business is good. There is a lot of product out there that needs to be barged,” said company owner Russ Settoon.
