Second of two capsized tugboats lifted from St. Lawrence River

(CORNWALL, Ontario) — The second of two tugboats that capsized June 22 on the St. Lawrence River has been removed from the water, Seaway News reported. LCM 131 was brought ashore Sunday and taken to Cornwall Harbor by barge. The tug and the larger Lac Manitoba sank in separate incidents after trying to position a barge near the Seaway International Bridge.
