(SEATTLE) — A tugboat that grounded Friday morning in Shilshole Bay was pumped out and patched to prevent it from sinking, The Seattle Times reported. The tug Gene Dunlap was being towed by another tugboat when it hit the gravel bottom and began taking on water, according to the U.S. Coast Guard.
