(SEATTLE) — The research sailing ship Ocean Watch has returned from year-long voyage that included the Arctic and Antarctic, television station KING reported. The crew documented evidence that plastic garbage is polluting the oceans, and global climate change is having a negative impact. The 381-day voyage circumnavigated the Americas and is now back at homeport at Seattle, where it is hosted vessel tours.
