(BREMERTON, Wash.) — SAFE Boats International, a 100 percent employee-owned American boatbuilder, will debut its new 41-foot full cabin patrol vessel at the 2025 International WorkBoat Show, taking place Dec. 3-5 in New Orleans. The vessel will be on display at Stand 863.
Based on SAFE Boats’ proven and widely deployed 41-foot Interceptor hull, the new vessel is the latest advancement in SAFE Boats’ offshore patrol craft lineup, purpose-built for agencies requiring speed, range, crew protection, and multi-mission capability. Also available in T-top and walk-around cabin configurations, the new vessel brings enhanced ergonomics, expanded mission flexibility, and improved crew comfort to one of the company’s most trusted platforms.

The public reveal follows two successful earlier builds for the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Massachusetts Environmental Police. This latest configuration represents the third completed vessel in the growing 41-foot full cabin series and underscores SAFE Boats’ strength as a customer-focused builder capable of tailoring complex mission-specific requirements for diverse end-users.
“The International WorkBoat Show is the perfect stage to debut this new vessel offering to the commercially available product lineup,” said Rob Goley, director, business development and strategy at SAFE Boats International. “The 41’ FC combines the speed and durability operators expect from SAFE with the mission-driven design refinements being asked for by our customers.”
Visitors can view the new vessel and meet the SAFE Boats team at Stand 863 throughout the event. In addition, SAFE Boats invites customers, vendors and friends to join the company on Thursday, Dec. 4 at 3:30 p.m. at Stand 863 for a special company announcement.
