Sabine Towing sues owner of ship grounded during Hurricane Ike

(PORT ARTHUR, Texas) — Sabine Towing and Transportation is suing the owner of the Ms. Cordelia cable-handling vessel, the Southeast Texas Record legal newspaper reported. The plaintiff claims that the Cordelia, owned by Global Geophysical Services, got loose during Hurricane Ike, grounded on Sabine Towing’s property in Port Arthur and caused damage.
