(PLYMOUTH, Mass.) — Eight people on a whale-watch boat sustained minor injuries Wednesday when a rogue wave struck the vessel off Cape Cod, The Boston Globe reported. The boat, Captain John & Son II, was carrying 109 students and teachers from an upstate New York high school, along with six crewmembers. “I’ve been a captain for 46 years, and I haven’t been in that situation,” Capt. Bob Avila said. “It was an uncommon wave.”
