(PHILADELPHIA) — A duck tour boat and a barge collided in the Delaware River, and tour boat passengers are being rescued from the water, television station KYW reported. The barge was being pushed by a towboat when the collision happened. About 27 of an estimated 37 people have been rescued so far.
