(BRUSH PRAIRIE, Wash.) — A man drowned in an accident at a tugboat company on the Columbia River, the Columbian newspaper of Vancouver, Wash., reported. The 23-year-old employee working at Henry Tugboat on Swan Island. Oregon authorities are investigating.
