Report: Domestic stability in Somalia needed to stop pirates

(OTTAWA) — The Canadian Defence & Foreign Affairs Institute has published a new research paper called “Contempory Piracy off the Horn of Africa.” The report argues that domestic stability in Somalia must be a key goal in reducing pirate attacks.
