(STATEN ISLAND, N.Y.) — A fire broke out in a compartment aboard a 112-foot Reinauer Transportation Co. tugboat at a Staten Island dock, the Staten Island Advance newspaper reported. The Fire Department of New York had the blaze under control in 50 minutes.
