Propeller repair strands cruise ship in Quebec

(QUEBEC CITY) — More than 1,300 passengers were stranded in Quebec City after mechanical problems prevented a cruise ship from sailing, CTV News reported. One of MS Veendam's propellers required repair, forcing Seattle-based Holland America Line to cancel the ship's voyage to Boston on Sunday. On Monday, tugboats assisted the liner to another berth to accommodate other ship traffic.
