Problematic Delaware cable ferry out for repairs again (PHOTO)

(SEAFORD, Del.) — The cable ferry Tina Fallon again is out of service for repairs, the News-Journal newspaper of Wilmington reported. The 64-foot Woodland Ferry’s latest problem is its thrusters and hydraulic system. The new vessel has operated for only six of its first 14 months in existence.
