(SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico) — The cruise ship Norwegian Dawn experienced a major power failure that briefly left the vessel dead in the water, USA Today reported on its Cruise Log blog. The Norwegian Cruise Lines ship regained some propulsion but still had outages to its interior system when it limped into San Juan harbor for a premature end to a nine-day Southern Caribbean voyage. The power failure happened 95 miles north of San Juan.
