(UTICA, Ill.) — A pleasure boat struck a tugboat and barges in the Illinois River, The Ottawa Times newspaper reported. The tugboat was pushing several barges near the Starved Rock Lock and Dam when it was hit three times by the pleasure boat. The operator of the pleasure boat was charged with boating while under the influence of alcohol.
