Pasha to begin interisland service, end Young’s Hawaii monopoly

(HONOLULU) — The Pasha shipping line will begin interisland cargo service in two weeks, the Honolulu Star-Advertiser newspaper reported. The new service ends the longtime interisland monopoly held by Young Bros. Pasha’s scheduled service will be between Honolulu and Kahului and Hilo.
