Osborne Marine salvages sunken 52-foot wooden boat in Wash.

(OLYMPIA, Wash.) — Osborne Marine has salvaged a 52-foot wooden boat that sank at Westbay Marina, the Olympian newspaper reported. After plugging portholes and attaching air bags, the Osborne team failed in their first attempt to lift the boat because part of the vessel got stuck under the dock. Later the salvors successfully pumped water out of the hull, and the vessel was floating again.
