(HADDON HEIGHTS, N.J.) — President Obama’s proposed budget does not include any funding for Delaware River dredging, the Star-Ledger newspaper of Newark reported. Rep. Rob Andrews said it would be the third consecutive year that no federal funding was appropriated to dredge the river.
