New Washington ferries chief plans six new vessels

(BREMERTON, Wash.) — The new state Department of Transportation deputy in charge of the Washington State Ferries system promises to concentrate on providing good service and safe vessels, the Kitsap Sun newspaper reported. David Moseley is in his first week on the job running the ferries agency. He said the system plans to build six new vessels in the next four years.
