(WASHINGTON) — The U.S. Navy has announced that its latest Freedom-variant littoral combat ship will be named USS Minneapolis/St. Paul, Naval-technology.com reported. LCS 21 will be the second ship to bear the name of Minnesota's Twin Cities. It is being built by Wisconsin's Marinette Marine.
