(MIAMI) — A federal judge ordered Norwegian Cruise Line to pay a $1 million fine related to the 2003 explosion aboard the SS Norway that killed eight people, CBS4 reported. The company also must pay $13.75 million in restitution. NCL had pleaded guilty to gross negligence.
